Ravens cut receiver Kevin Johnson

OWINGS MILLS, Md., Feb. 23 (UPI) -- The Baltimore Ravens voided the final year of the contract of wide receiver Kevin Johnson.

The move Tuesday makes him an unrestricted free agent.

Johnson originally was selected by Cleveland in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft out of Syracuse.

In his six-year career, Johnson has 367 receptions for 4,462 yards and 25 touchdowns with Cleveland, Jacksonville, and the Ravens. He had 35 catches for 373 yards with one touchdown in 16 games last season.
