NBA: Cleveland 100, Chicago 91

CLEVELAND, Feb. 23 (UPI) -- Zydrunas Ilgauskas and LeBron James combined to score 60 points Wednesday night in leading Cleveland past Chicago, 100-91.

Ilgauskas had 33 and James had 11 assists to go with his 27 points. They teamed to score all of their team's 35 points during one stretch of the second half, helping the Cavaliers fight off a 19-7 Chicago run.

Chicago, which had won four straight, was led by 21 points from Ben Gordon.

Ilgauskas scored 16 points during the third period while the Cavaliers were building a 19-point cushion.
