Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

WHANGAPARAOA, New Zealand, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Oliver Wilson, a 24-year-old European Tour rookie from England, led the New Zealand Open by two strokes Saturday.
Wilson shot a 4-under-par 68 for a three-round score of 17-under 199.
Miles Tunnicliff, also of England, was a stroke behind and Australian Richard Green was two back.
"I'm not nervous at the moment but I probably will be later," Wilson said after his round. "I'm sure I will not sleep tonight."
