LeBron James 15 plus 11 assists and eight rebounds, and Robert Traylor had 15 points and 13 rebounds for Cleveland.
Jalen Rose had 21 points to pace Toronto, which lost for the fifth time in seven games.
Cleveland jumped out to a 7-0 lead and was ahead 32-23 after a quarter of 65 percent shooting. The Cavaliers led 57-43 at halftime.
