EAST LANSING, Mich., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- The 13th-ranked Michigan State Spartans posted a 92-75 victory Saturday night over the Oakland Grizzlies.

Maurice Ager scored 22 points and Chris Hill, Kelvin Torbert, and Shannon Brown 13 each as the Spartans (14-4) got their 11th win in their last 12 games.

Cortney Scott had 19 points and 12 rebounds to leadr the Grizzlies (5-13) who have dropped five of their last seven. Rawle Marshall added 16 points, while Patrick McCloskey tallied 12 in a losing effort.
