COL FB: Georgia 24, Wisconsin 21

TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 1 (UPI) -- David Greene threw two touchdown passes for Georgia in a 24-21 victory over Wisconsin Saturday in the Outback Bowl.

Fred Gibson and Jeremy Thomas each caught a scoring pass and Tomas Brown rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown for the Bulldogs (10-2).

John Stocco threw a scoring pass for Wisconsin (9-3).

The Badgers had been 9-0 before losing their final three games of the season.
