Eagles practice QB gets DUI, other charges

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- Philadelphia police have charged Eagles practice squad quarterback Andy Hall with six criminal counts related to an alleged drunken driving incident.

Hall, 24, was arrested early Saturday morning after an auto accident in which two people were injured and required hospitalization, WCAU-TV, Philadelphia, reported Tuesday.

Hall, who played college football at the University of Delaware as a star quarterback, leading the Blue Hens to a national title in their division, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, two counts of assault and two counts of reckless endangerment, police said.
