NFL: Houston 24, Chicago 5

CHICAGO, Dec. 19 (UPI) -- David Carr passed for 220 yards Sunday to lead the Houston Texans to a 24-5 victory over the Chicago Bears.

Carr, who completed 13 of 28 passes, threw for one touchdown and Domanick Davis scored another while rushing for 95 yards on 25 carries.

The Texans are now 6-8 with only their second win in their last seven games.

Jabar Gaffney had four receptions for 109 yards for Houston.

Chad Hutchinson was 17-of-34 for 168 yards with one interception for Chicago (5-9), which has dropped two straight.
