EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Jerome Bettis scored with 4:57 left in the fourth quarter Saturday to give the Pittsburgh Steelers a 33-30 victory over the New York Giants.
Bettis gained 140 yards on 36 carries while filling in for injured Duce Staley as the Steelers (13-1) posted their 12th consecutive triumpg.
Ben Roethlisberger completed 18 of 28 passes for 316 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.
Antwaan Randle El caught five passes for 149 yards and a touchdown and passed for a TD. Hines Ward had nine receptions for 134 yards.
Eli Manning, who has yet to win since being named the starter (0-5), was 16-of-23 for 182 yards with two touchdowns, but threw an interception late in the game
Tiki Barber rushed for 76 yards and a touchdown for the Giants (5-9), who have lost seven straight.
