Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Quentin Richardson scored 37 points Sunday night to lead the Phoenix Suns to a 121-99 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.
Amare Stoudemire added 19 points and nine rebounds for the Suns, who have won 10 of their last 11 games.
Zach Randolph had 24 points and 11 rebounds for the Trail Blazers.
The Suns trailed by one after the opening period, but outscored the Trail Blazers 33-20 in the second and led the rest of the way. The Suns were ahead 62-50 at halftime.
