NFL: Tampa Bay 27, Atlanta 0

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Tampa Bay ruined Atlanta's bid to clinch the NFC South Sunday with a 27-0 rout of the Falcons.

The Bucs sacked Michael Vick five times and he was intercepted twice in the end zone. Atlanta committed five turnovers.

Brian Griese completed 13 of 21 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown and Michael Pittman ran 17 times for 68 yards and a score for Tampa Bay, 5-7, which won for the fifth time in eight games after an 0-4 start. Jay Taylor, who took over kicking duties after Martin Gramatica was released, had 50- and 30-yard field goals.

Atlanta, 9-3, had won its previous four games.

Vick ran for 81 yards and passed for just 115.
