COL BKB: Gonzaga 99, Washington 87

SPOKANE, Wash., Dec. 1 (UPI) -- Adam Morrison led the way with 26 points Wednesday night as Gonzaga handed 16th-ranked Washington its first loss of the season, 99-87.

The Bulldogs led from start to finish in a game of outstanding shooting. Washington hit half its shots, but Gonzaga made 59 percent of its field-goal attempts.

It marked the seventh consecutive time Gonzaga (4-1) has defeated Washington.

Ronny Turiaf added 23 points for Gonzaga while Washington (4-1) was led by Nate Robinson with 22.
