COL BKB: Pepperdine 75, Wisconsin 61

MALIBU, Calif., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- The Pepperdine Waves (4-1) defeated the Wisconsin Badgers (2-1), 75-61, at Firestone Fieldhouse, in Malibu, Calif., Saturday.

Glen McGowan had a game-high 29 points and was 12-for-21 from the field and Alex Acker chipped in 17 points for Pepperdine.

Alando Tucker had 18 points, while Kammron Tucker contributed 15 to the Badgers.

The teams were tied 34 apiece at the half, but Pepperdine opened the second half on a 25-4 run and saw their lead swell to 59-38. Wisconsin never made up the loss.
