ATLANTA, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Alvin Pearman rushed for 83 yards and two touchdowns as 18th-ranked Virginia wore down Georgia Tech, 30-10.

An opportunistic Virginia defense forced four turnovers and Wali Lundy ran for 57 yards on 10 carries and his 16th touchdown of the season for the Cavaliers.

Tech quarterback Reggie Ball, who struggled, was 19-of-33 for 226 yards. He had two interceptions and was sacked six times.
