BERKELEY, Calif., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- J.J. Arrington rushed for 169 yards Saturday to lead the No. 4 California Golden Bears to a 41-6 victory over the Stanford Cardinal.

Marshawn Lynch added 122 yards and also threw a touchdown pass for the Golden Bears (9-1, 7-1 Pac-10), who have won six straight games since suffering a 23-17 setback to No. 1 Southern California on Oct. 9.

The Bears had their first undefeated home slate since 1950.

Arrington broke Chuck Muncie's single-season rushing record, as he has 1,584 yards. Muncie had 1,460 rushing yards in 1975.

T.C. Ostrander completed just 8-of-26 passes for 148 yards for the Cardinal (4-7, 2-6), who have lost five straight contests. Michael Sgroi accounted for his team's only points, with two field goals.
