NBA: San Antonio 92, Boston 84

BOSTON, Nov. 19 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan helped rally San Antonio from a seven-point deficit to start the fourth quarter Friday night to a 92-84 win over Boston.

Duncan made eight of 13 shots from the field, hit 10 of 13 from the line and scored 26 points as the Spurs won their sixth straight.

San Antonio has not lost to Boston in almost eight full years.

Manu Ginobili added 21 points and Tony Parker had 16 for San Antonio.

The Celtics owned as much as a 13-point lead in the third period, but late in the quarter San Antonio went on a 31-6 run that extended into the fourth quarter.

Boston was led by Paul Pierce with 25.
