
AUBURN, Ala., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Carnell Williams ran for one touchdown and threw for another Saturday as the No. 3 Auburn Tigers posted a 24-6 victory over the No. 5 Georgia Bulldogs.
Williams rushed for 101 yards for the Tigers (10-0, 7-0 SEC), who extended their winning streak to 12 games.
David Greene completed 15-of-22 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown for the Bulldogs (8-2, 6-2), who lost to Auburn for the first time in their last three meetings.
Thomas Brown rushed 92 yards for Georgia.
Auburn quarterback Jason Campbell completed 18 of 22 for 189 yards. He threw a touchdown pass to Ronnie Brown, who had seven catches for 88 yards and ran for another 51.
The Tigers, who have not lost since a 26-7 decision at Georgia last year, are behind two other unbeatens in the BCS standings, No. 1 Southern California and No. 2 Oklahoma.
