SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Manu Ginobili scored 29 points Friday night in helping San Antonio Coach Greg Popovich win his 400th game, 93-84 over Miami.

Popovich reached 400 victories faster than any other coach in the history of the NBA.

Tim Duncan contributed 17 points and 13 rebounds. Ginobili scored six points in an eight-point run in the final five minutes that allowed the Spurs to break open the game.

San Antonio had only a one-point advantage before the decisive surge.

Shaquille O'Neal paced the Heat with 23 points and 21 rebounds. Miami guard Dwayne Wade was out with a sprained ankle as the Heat lost its second game in as many nights after winning its first four of the season.
