NBA: Toronto 101, Portland 97

TORONTO, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Vince Carter sank a 3-pointer with five seconds left Sunday to give the Toronto Raptors a 101-97 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

Carter had 25 points as the have won their first three games for the first time in their history.

Donyell Marshall had 16 points and nine rebounds and Jalen Rose also had 16 points and eight rebounds for Toronto which now has two straight games with over 100 points under new Coach Sam Mitchell.

Zach Randolph paced Portland with 33 points and 15 rebounds in the Trail Blazers first loss this season.
