PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Amelie Mauresmo of France and Vera Zvonareva of Russia will meet Sunday in the final of the $585,000 Advanta Championships.
Mauresmo, who beat Venus Williams on Friday, had a free pass into the final while Zvonareva defeated countrywoman Nadia Petrova 6-3, 7-6 (7-2).

Mauresmo, 25, was scheduled to meet Russian Maria Sharapova, who withdrew with a right shoulder strain.
Sharapova, the reigning Wimbledon champion, got the injury at the Swisscom Challenge in Zurich two weeks ago.
Mauresmo is a former world No. 1. She seeks her fifth WTA Tour singles title of the year and the 15th of her career.
