CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Wali Lundy and Alvin Pearman gave No. 13 Virginia a potent one-two punch Saturday as the Cavaliers beat Maryland, 16-0.

Lundy rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carriews and Pearman rushed for 170 yards on 31 carries.

Lundy topped the 100-yard mark for the 10th time in his career.

Marques Hagans completed 10-of-17 passes for 114 yards for Virginia (7-1, ACC 5-1).

Conner Hughes kicked a 27-yard field goal and Ahmad Brooks intercapted two passes for the Cavaliers, who haven't lost to Maryland in Charlottesville in 14 years.

Joel Statham passed for 115 yards with two interceptions for Maryland (4-5, ACC 2-3).
