TEMPE, Ariz., Oct. 24 (UPI) -- Josh McCown completed 22 of 36 passes for 212 yards and a touchdown Sunday as Arizona defeated Seattle, 25-17.

Gerald Hayes' fourth-quarter blocked punt resulted in a go-ahead safety and Neil Rackers kicked three field goals for Arizona (2-4).

Arizona's defense force four turnovers.

Emmitt Smith rushed for 106 yards on 26 carries and a touchdown that iced the game late. Smith now has 78 career games with 100 or more yards rushing, breaking Walter Payton's record of 77 games.

Rackers tied an NFL record by kicking three field goals of at least 50 yards. He connected on two 55-yarders in the first half, and another of 50 yards in the third quarter. He tied the record set by Morten Anderson for Atlanta against New Orleans on Dec. 10, 1995.

Matt Hasselbeck completed just 14-of-41 passes for 195 yards with four interceptions for Seattle (3-3).
