RALEIGH, N.C., Oct. 24 (UPI) -- No. 3 ranked Miami won 45-31 over North Carolina State in an Atlantic Coast Conference battle in Raleigh, N.C., Saturday.

Brock Berlin completed 15-of-30 passes for 265 yards and a school-record-tying five touchdowns for the Miami Hurricanes, while Roscoe Parrish caught four passes for 81 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the win.

Berlin joined Bernie Kosar, Steve Walsh and Ken Dorsey as the only Miami quarterbacks to throw five touchdown passes during a game.

Despite the high-scoring game, the Miami defense still sacked Davis five times and forced four turnovers.
