Jamie Johnson completes sweep at Concord

CONCORD, N.C., Oct. 16 (UPI) -- Jimmie Johnson won the UAW-GM Quality 500 at the Lowe's Motor Speedway Saturday night sweep the events at the Charlotte track.

Johnson finished 1.727 seconds ahead of runner-up and teammate Jeff Gordon to pick up his fifth win of the season and 11th of his career.

Dale Earnhardt Jr., Kurt Busch and Joe Nemechek completed the top-five.

At the mid-point of the 10-race "Chase for the Nextel Cup," Busch leads Earnhardt Jr. by 24 points.
