LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers edged Colorado 8-7 Monday and increased their lead in the National League West to three games.
Milton Bradley drove in the winning run with a single in the ninth inning and Adrian Beltre hit a grand slam home run for the Dodgers, who added a half-game to their lead over idle San Francisco.

The Dodgers have three more games against the Rockies and then close the regular season with three against the Giants.
Bradley's game-winning single came with the bases loaded.
Yhency Brazoban (4-1), the seventh Dodger pitcher in the game, was the winner.
