HILVERSUM, Netherlands, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- David Lynn posted a four-under 66 on Sunday to take the KLM Open by three strokes, getting his first European Tour win with a 16-under-par 264.

Richard Green, who was looking for his second European Tour title, had a closing two-over 72 and finished at 13-under-par 267 alongside Paul McGinley, who shot a five-under 65.

Lynn began his day three strokes behind Green.

"You've got to make key putts and they certainly went in for me today," said Lynn. "It could have gone the other way. There was a couple out there that Greenie could have made, which changes the whole thing. I just made those crucial putts at the right time and kind of hung on in the end."

the first time in four rounds to move to minus-11.

Andrew Raitt and Miles Tunnicliff shared fourth place at nine-under-par 271.
