MLB: Atlanta 4, Arizona 2

PHOENIX, Aug. 7 (UPI) -- Adam LaRoche and Rafael Furcal both homered for Atlanta Friday to lead the Braves to a 4-2 win over the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Jaret Wright (10-5) got the win, and Chris Reitsma earned the save. Brandon Webb (4-13) picked up the loss.

With one out in the top of the third, Wright drilled a 1-2 pitch from Arizona starter Webb into the left field seats to put Atlanta up 1-0.

Arizona took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the third. Quinton McCracken and Luis Terrero opened the frame with back-to-back singles. Shea Hillenbrand's one-out single brought home McCracken with the tying run. After Chad Tracy walked, Alex Cintron's sacrifice fly plated Luis Terrero for the lead.

Rafael Furcal's 11th home run of the year tied the game at 2-2.

The Braves took a 4-2 lead in the top of the sixth when Andruw Jones drew a two-out walk and Adam LaRoche followed with his fifth home run of the season.
