MLB: San Diego 3, San Francisco 2

SAN DIEGO, July 27 (UPI) -- Khalil Greene and Brian Giles drove in San Diego's runs in a 3-2 victory Monday over the San Francisco Giants.

Greene hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning and Giles' sacrifice fly scored Ryan Klesko with the go-ahead run in the seventh.

Reliever Scott Linebrink (5-1) was the winning pitcher and Trevor Hoffman picked up his 27th save.

Felix Rodriguez (3-5) pitched just a third of an inning and took the loss.

San Francisco slugger Barry Bonds was walked four times.
