
CLEVELAND, July 25 (UPI) -- Jake Westbrook pitched a six-hitter for his fourth complete game of the season Sunday as the Cleveland Indians beat the Kansas City Royals, 5-1.
Grady Sizemore added his first major-league homer for the Indians.
Westbrook (8-5) allowed one unearned run as the Indians outscored the Royals 22-8 in the four-game set.
Ron Belliard added a two-run single and CoCo Crisp and Travis Hafner each added an RBI as the Indians moved to 50-49 on the season, the first time the club has been over .500 since they were 2-1 on April 3, 2001.
The Indians scoreed four runs in the bottom of the first off of loser Zack Greinke.
Joe Randa provided the lone offense for the Royals with an RBI single.
Greinke (2-8) allowed five runs on eight hits in 6 2/3 innings in the loss.
