Meg Mallon out in front again

NIAGARA FALLS, Ontario, July 8 (UPI) -- Meg Mallon followed her triumph at the U.S. Women's Open with more of the same Thursday, taking the lead at the Canadian Women's Open.

Two years after winning this event on another course, Mallon had seven birdies en route to a bogey-free, 7-under-par 65 at the Legends on the Niagara layout to open a two-stroke lead.
