Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla., June 23 (UPI) -- Jack Nicklaus said Wednesday he does not plan to play in the U.S. Senior Open next month.
Nicklaus has fueled speculation in recent weeks that he has played his final competitive event. He missed the deadline for entering the U.S. Senior Open last week.
"I have nothing against the Senior Open," Nicklaus said. "I just felt that I didn't want to play."
