Gibson, seeking his second win on the Champions Tour, also signed for a 66 and finished one shot ahead of Gil Morgan, Dave Stockton and Bob Gilder.

Hale Irwin, who claimed the Senior PGA Championship last week, tied for sixth with Mark McNulty at 206.

Andy Bean, who shared the second-round lead with Gilder, withdrew before the final round started. Bean was taken by ambulance to a Grand Rapids hospital after feeling ill Sunday morning.

"I had an allergic reaction, either from a muffin or some sausage," Bean said. "That was all I ate."
