Tommie Harris' wife dies

Vickie Johnson scored 15 points Tuesday night to lead the New York Liberty to a 63-53 win over the Charlotte Sting in the WNBA.
The win was the fourth straight for New York, which also got 12 points from Tari Phillips.
Charlotte Smith-Taylor scored 18 points and Tammy Sutton-Brown added 11 for Charlotte.
Also in WNBA play, Natalie Williams scored eight of her 17 points during an early second-half run as Indiana defeated San Antonio 79-60.
Tamika Catchings had 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three blocks for the Fever.
In other games, Los Angeles beat Seattle 73-70 and Phoenix topped Houston 73-63.
