"Having the opportunity to see where I stood was a good experiennce for me the last few weeks," said Blankson, who did not hire an agent. "However, it is in my best interest to come back to UNLV for my senior season."

Blankson sat out the 2002-03 season after transferring from Marquette.

"This was a good experience for Odartey to have had the opportunity to test the waters," UNLV Coach Lon Kruger said. "He has worked extremely hard over the last month and put himself in position to have an outstanding senior year."
