The Richmond Times-Dispatch reported that a 15-year-old girl testified that the three football players gave liquor to her and two other girls during a late-night party at a Blacksburg apartment in January. The players also had been accused of encouraging the girls to strip and have sex with them.

Vick was acquitted of a fourth charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor that stemmed from an allegation that he engaged in sex with one of the underage girls. Vick admitted to having sex with the girl but said he thought she was of legal age, a Blacksburg police detective testified.
