ANAHEIM, Calif., April 4 (UPI) -- Martin Skoula and Sergei Fedorov scored less than two minutes apart midway through the third period Sunday to give Anaheim a 2-1 win over Calgary.

Miikka Kiprusoff, Calgary's No. 1 goaltender, was given the day off to preserve his modern era-record 1.69 goals-against average, giving Roman Turek the chance to break Fred Brathwaite's shutout mark of 160 minutes, 7 seconds.

Turek shattered the record, keeping Anaheim off the scoreboard to extend his streak to 180:02. But Skoula prevented the Czech goalie from posting his third straight shutout, scoring at 8:05 of the third to tie it.

Fedorov pounced on a turnover and netted his 31st of the season 1:54 later, ending the Ducks' four-game losing streak and handing Calgary its first lost in four contests.

Jarome Iginla scored for the Flames, tying Columbus' Rick Nash and Atlanta's Ilya Kovalchuk with 41 goals.
