ROANOKE, Va., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Police reportedly are investigating an accusation that Virginia Tech quarterback Marcus Vick had sex with a 15-year-old girl after serving her liquor.
The Roanoke Times reported on its website Thursday that police in nearby Blacksburg searched the apartment of the 19-year-old sophomore and younger brother of Atlanta Falcons star quarterback Michael Vick.
The search was conducted Wednesday, the newspaper said.
"This is an ongoing investigation," Montgomery County Commonwealth's Attorney Joey Showalter said in a statement. "There have been no charges issued. Out of respect for the alleged complainants and the alleged suspects, I cannot comment on the situation."
According to the newspaper, police are investigating the incident as a misdemeanor for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
