NOMAN, Okla., Jan. 24 (UPI) -- No. 21 Oklahoma, minus Kevin Bookout for the remainder of the season, halted a four-game losing streak Saturday with a 61-49 win over Kansas State.
Jason Detrick scored a career-high 24 points for Oklahoma (11-4).

Jarrett Hart scored 16 points in his return to Norman for Kansas State (9-6, which has lost six straight meetings with the Sooners.
Bookout, a sophomore forward, has battled a shoulder injury all season and will undergo surgery. He was scoreless in 13 minutes and only grabbed three rebounds in Monday's 67-47 setback at Texas Tech.
