Stanford Coach Mike Montgomery was able to watch his team defeat Washington for the 12th time in the last 13 meetings. Montgomery served a one-game suspension for bumping an official last season and missed Friday's win over Washington State.

Josh Childress played his second straight game after missing the first nine due to a stress reaction in his left foot. Stanford's top returning scorer from last season, Childress got into foul trouble and had four points and five rebounds in 13 minutes.

Nate Robinson scored 16 points and Tre Simmons contributed 13 for Washington (5-5).
