TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Jean-Sebastien Giguere had 31 stops in his second shutout in 11 days Monday and Petr Sykora had a goal and an assist as Anaheim beat Tampa Bay, 2-0.

The Ducks snapped a team-record 13-game road winless streak.

Giguere had been 0-8-1 on the road. But he stopped 13 shots in a scoreless first period and preserved the lead after Anaheim scored twice in a two-minute span late in the second.

Sykora set up defenseman Niclas Havelid's first goal in 25 games, then scored his 12th of the season with 2:38 to go in the second. In 26 career games against Tampa Bay, Sykora has 13 goals and 15 assists.

Nikolai Khabibulin made 23 saves for Tampa Bay, which won its previous three meetings with the Ducks.
