NBA: Indiana 93, Washington 79

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Jermaine O'Neal, Al Harrington and Jeff Foster each grabbed nine rebounds as Indiana dominated the boards Tuesday in a 93-79 victory over Washington.

The Pacers, who have the best record in the NBA Eastern Conference, went 2-3 on their West Coast trip with a two-point overtime loss at Portland and a three-point loss at Sacramento.

Returning home, the Pacers outrebounded the Wizards, 45-31, including 13-3 on the offensive end. Ron Artest added seven rebounds, which was as many as anyone on the Wizards.

Artest scored 16 points to lead five players in double figures. He had seven in the third quarter, when Indiana doubled a seven-point halftime lead to 70-56 entering the final period.

Kwame Brown scored 17 points off the bench for Washington.
