COL BKB: Georgia Tech 73, Ohio St. 53

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- B.J. Elder scored 18 points Wednesday night as No. 15 Georgia Tech turned in another dominant effort en route to a 73-53 pounding of Ohio State.

Georgia Tech (6-0) has won all of its six games by double figures, winning by an average of nearly 22 points. The Yellow Jackets never trailed Wednesday night, building an early 23-8 advantage.

Elder made six of 11 shots, including a pair of three-pointers, to continue his strong start to the season. Jarrett Jack added 14 points.

The Yellow Jackets' Isma'il Muhammad turned in the game's most spectacular play when he rose for a resounding two-handed jam while being fouled by J.J. Sullinger. Muhammad added the foul shot for a 47-36 advantage with 12:34 to go.
