NBA: Indiana 90, Philadelphia 77

INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Jermaine O'Neal scored 21 points and Ron Artest and Al Harrington flirted with triple-doubles Friday night as Indiana fought off Philadelphia, 90-77.

The Pacers extended their winning streak to nine games.

Indiana has won 14 of its first 16 games for the best record in the NBA. The Pacers open a tough five-game road trip Sunday that includes matchups with the Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings.

Indiana is one victory from matching the longest winning streak in franchise history after dominating Philadelphia from start to finish.

Artest scored seven points as the Pacers jumped to a 21-9 lead. They made eight of 16 shots in the first quarter while holding the 76ers four field goals in 18 tries.
