NBA: Phoenix 100, Miami 98

PHOENIX, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Stephon Marbury's two free throws with six seconds left Saturday night enabled Phoenix to hold off Miami Heat, 100-98.

Lamar Odom 's jumper cut the Suns lead to 98-97 with 23 seconds remaining, but Marbury sealed the game from the line.

Amare Stoudemire led Phoenix with 24 points as six Suns scored in double figures. Joe Johnson had 17 points and Marbury added 11 points and 10 assists.

Phoenix won its third straight game, all at home. After tying a franchise record by failing to score at least 100 points in the first 11 games of the season, the Suns finally reached the plateau.

Rookie Dwyane Wade had a season-high 27 points for Miami. Wade's previous best this season was 24 against Portland on Nov. 19.

Odom added 24 points for the Heat and Eddie Jones had 22.
