NBA: San Antonio 94, Golden State 81

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan contributed 21 points and 10 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs made half their shots and beat the Golden State Warriers, 94-81.

Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili each added 19 points for the Spurs, who shot a season-high 50 percent (38-of-76) from the field as they handed the Warriors a seventh straight road defeat dating to last season.

The Spurs held a 58-45 lead three minutes into the third quarter before the Warriors pulled within 60-57 on a layup by Erick Dampier with 4:56 left in the period. Duncan countered with a layup and Ginobili a 3-pointer as Golden State got no closer than five points thereafter.

San Antonio made 10-of-17 3-point attempts while Golden State was just 3-of-10.

Dampier had 17 points and 11 rebounds to pace the Warriors, who have not won in San Antonio since Feb. 14, 1997.
