TAMPA, Fla., Nov. 1 (UPI) -- DeJuan Green scored on a 25-yard run in the second overtime Friday night, giving South Florida a wild 24-17 victory over Cincinnati.

Green ran down the right sideline and broke several tackles before diving into the end zone to give South Florida (5-3, 3-2 C-USA) the lead with his fourth rushing touchdown of the season.

Cincinnati (4-4, 2-3) took over for its possession of the second overtime and converted one first down before Gino Guidugli's pass bounced off tailback Richard Hall's shoulder pads right to Selmon, who grabbed it and raced out of bounds as the victorious Bulls stormed the field.

Selmon is the son of former Tampa Bay Buccaneers great Lee Roy Selmon, the current South Florida athletic director.
