Vikings' Asher Allen retires at age 24

MILWAUKEE, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- Brady Clark recorded three hits and scored four runs Wednesday night as Milwaukee won for the 14th time in 16 games, 9-6 over Cincinnati.
Clark, who recorded the first triple of his career, fell a single shy of the cycle. His RBI double ignited a four-run rally in the seventh, when the Brewers erased a 6-5 deficit.
Leo Estrella (6-2), the fifth of seven Milwaukee pitchers, got the final out in the seventh to record the win. Dan Kolb tossed a scoreless ninth for his 16th save.
Scott Randall (0-1) took the loss, allowing all four runs in the seventh without retiring a batter.
Milwaukee starter Luis Martinez surrendered three runs and six hits in four innings in his major league debut.
