Tampa Bay 10, Chicago White Sox 5

CHICAGO, July 26 (UPI) -- Rick White gave up two-run doubles to Rocco Baldelli and Aubrey Huff in the sixth inning Saturday as Tampa Bay beat the Chicago White Sox, 10-6.

Baldelli drove in four runs for the Devil Rays.

The White Sox erased a 5-1 deficit in the fifth on Sandy Alomar's three-run homer and an RBI single by Magglio Ordonez.

But White (1-2), who replaced starter Mike Porzio in the fourth, gave back the lead in the sixth.

With one out and runners at second and third, the White Sox intentionally walked Carl Crawford. White got Antonio Perez to fly out to shalllow right field, but Baldelli and Huff followed with doubles to give Tampa Bay a 9-5 lead.

Mark Malaska (1-0) retired two batters to record his first major league win.
