NASHVILLE, July 24 (UPI) -- The Tennessee Titans on Thursday agreed to terms with cornerback Andre Woolfolk, their first-round selection.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Taken 28th overall out of Oklahoma, Woolfolk is being counted on to improve a pass defense that ranked 25th in the NFL last season and lost cornerback Donald Mitchell to free agency.

Woolfolk was a three-year starter at Oklahoma and last season had two interceptions, forced a pair of fumbles and blocked two kicks.
