A total of six individuals were disciplined for their role in the incident last Friday at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati.

Phillies managed Larry Bowa was suspended one game.

All four also were fined undisclosed amounts, as were pitcher Jose Mesa and catcher Todd Pratt of the Phillies.

The fracas began in the sixth inning, when Silva threw behind Dunn, who charged the mound, triggering a benches-clearing brawl that led to five ejections in the Reds' 15-1 rout.

Dunn angered the Phillies in the fifth by leveling catcher Mike Lieberthal in an unsuccessful attempt to score from second on a single with the Reds leading by 10 runs.
